Assistant professor and director of research institute UR Center for Mental Health - CeRSaMe. Line of investigation First Episodes of Mental Disorders. Professor of Epidemiology and Critical Reading within psychiatry training program. Student of the first cohort of the Doctorate in Clinical Research of the Universidad del Rosario. Dr. Cano completed his Trainign Program in Medicine and Psychiatry in Universidad de Antioquia, in 2013 He achieved a master in Clinical Epidemiology with Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, he joined the faculty full-time in 2018. His area of particular research interest involves the study of biological markers of mental health disorders.
