Associated Professor, Bachelor degree in Public Administration, Advanced degree in Urban and Regional Planning, Masters Program in Public Policy, and PhD in Geography. My work involve regional and municipal government, public policies evaluation, regional and local development, democracy and participatory planning and strengthening of institutions .

My research areas are oriented to the local and regional governments, financing of territorial investment, urban informality and local institutions. Than this areas I wors as professor, adviser and researcher with specific methodologies of social work and territorial analysis.
