She is Director of Organization and Management Department. She is Researcher and a Professor of Strategy at the Business School of Universidad EAFIT in Medellin Colombia. Before attaining her PhD in Management (Colciencias Scholarship holder) at Universidad EAFIT, she participated in the Researcher in Residence program at University of Zürich. Her main research interest is in strategy,as well as in trusting and entrepreneurship from a practice perspective. She is also involved in research in the context of healthcare and NPO’s. Related to the teaching activities, she has been Professor for undergraduate and Master degree for more than five years. She is supervising PhD students. She was recently awarded a certificate of recognition as an outstanding reviewer by the Strategic Management Society (SMS). Currently, she is part of the team that prepares the Latin American Practice and Process Gathering 2024 which will take place in Universidad EAFIT.
