I am currently a professor for International Business and PhD Candidate in Management at Universidad EAFIT in Medellin, Colombia. My research and thesis is centered on strategy-making during the process of entrepreneurial internationalization, from a strategy as process and practice perspective. I hold a Diplom (FH) in Business Administration from NEOMA Business School in Reims, France and ESB Business School in Reutlingen, Germany. I have worked as a lecturer for intercultural management and intercultural communication at Universidad EAFIT since 2014.
I am currently head of the PhD program in Administration and professor for International Business at Universidad EAFIT in Medellin, Colombia. I received my PhD in Management at EAFIT. My research interest revolves around strategy and entrepreneurship as practice, as well as international entrepreneurship.
