With the current employment of visualization tools, different techniques may be used to understand multivariable information. This document presents an alternative method for the analysis of biomechanical phenomena, presenting the knee joint execution of free squat exercise. For this, the MaxTRAQ software and the open-source and cross-platform software Mokka were employed. A system of cameras allowed to digitize the movements. Then, with the use of Self-Organizing Maps tasks of visualization and clustering were developed for multivariate data. Results showed that this tool allows finding nonlinear relations between the analyzed input variables and outputs, when the data treatment demands an extra-work because of its dimensionality.
