Abstracto
The purpose of this research was to establish the state of art from the thesis works done infaculties of psychology members of ASCOFAPSI in Bogotá city, from 1998 to 2003, aboutpsychological factors involved in organizational culture. It was a qualitative documentalresearch in a state of art. A Data Collection Card was used and adapted for the researchpurposes. It was not found used a tendency in terms of epistemological, theoretical ormethodological issues in the study of organizational culture. It was diversity in concepts,objectives, types of research, information analysis and population. Most of the studieswere qualitative or descriptive. Just one of the thirteen found was about the constructionand validation of an instrument with a psychometric view. None one of the studies wasabout intervention strategies design or a proposal of organizational improvement or oncultural change. It is recommended to develop psychological research lines, in order tocontribute in the construction of a solid theoretical and instrumental framework in the astrategic organizational issues
