Systems Engineer (MSc in Free Software; PhD in Projects) with postdoctoral studies in Science, Research, and Methodology, and Full Professor at Universidad de Córdoba (Montería). My research focuses on the design and implementation of IoT-enabled monitoring systems for environmental and health-related applications, including gamma/UV radiation dosimetry and water-quality assessment to support sustainability-oriented decision-making. I also research digital transformation in education, with emphasis on ICT integration, STEM-oriented pedagogies, and digital competencies in rural and vulnerable contexts, examining feasibility under infrastructure constraints and educational equity considerations. My work is disseminated through peer-reviewed publications and international scientific conferences.
