Abstracto
Using gender indicators (horizontal distribution, vertical distribution, femininity index, and Duncan segregation index), and representations of thematic mapping, we try to show a quantitative approach on the gender gap in leadership research groups in business and management. The results are compared with national statistics and graduation rates of undergraduate and graduate students.
