Abstracto
This research presents the first phase analysis results of the development level on occupational safety and health management systems (OSHMS) in Bogotá Colombia. This system showed a low level of development. The objective of this study was to identify the current status of the companies OSHMS in Bogotá. A mixed type study with descriptive scope was designed for a sample of 100 companies in Bogotá. First, the minimum compliance standards of this system were evaluated through the application of Colombia´s Ministry of Labor Annex No.1 from 2017 Resolution 1111. Subsequently, the perception of entrepreneurs was identified through a semi-structured interview according to the companies OSHMS development
