Abstracto
It is this article show an proposal for the calculation of the wheel load factor as result of analyzing a great variety of bridges of composite section simply supported by means of the technique of finite elements. In this proposed formulation, the position of the girders is born in mind in the superstructure, the type of effect to calculating, flexural moment or shear force, as also the position of the section where the Load Factor Wheel is wished. Additional in the final part of the document a comparison is realized between the values obtained from the code, the proposed formulation and experimental information obtained inprevious investigations.
