I am a medical doctor and doctorate in biomedical sciences from the National University of Colombia. I currently coordinate the physiology unit at U del Rosario. My work focuses on understanding blood donation processes, safety for blood donors and recipients, as well as the proper use of blood components and transfusion alternatives.
