Dr. José Gregorio Noroño Sánchez, is a Postdoctor in Integration and Development of Latin America, PhD. in Management Sciences, Magister Scientiarum in Labor Law and Lawyer, graduated from the Dr. Rafael Belloso Chacín Private University. CITY (Maracaibo, Venezuela). He is currently a professor and researcher, Head of the Labor Department, Coordinator of the Master's Degree in Law and Internationalization Manager at the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of the University of Cartagena (Colombia). Professor of the Doctorate program at the Metropolotina University of Education, Science and Technology (Umecit) Panama. Expert in lines of research related to Labor Law in its Collective fields, Unions and perspectives, International Labor Law and Constitutional Labor Law. New Trends in Industrial Development and Digital Transformation in Industries. Former President of the Professional Union of Workers in the Soft Drinks, Related Beverages and Related Beverages Industry of the State of Zulia (SINPECZ).
