I am an impact evaluation economist at the Inter-American Development Bank and an associate professor of Economics at Universidad del Rosario. In 2017, I was a Visiting Research Fellow at the Department of Politics at Princeton University. I received a Ph.D. in Political Science from New York University. I am an active member of the Evidence in Governance and Politics (EGAP) network.
