Daniel Camilo Ruiz Ayala was born in Popayán, Cauca, Colombia. He received his degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Pamplona, Pamplona, Colombia, in 2017. He has worked in various professional and academic sectors, serving as the Public Lighting Supervisor for the municipalities of Pamplona and Puerto Santander in 2017. In 2019, he joined the Vice-Rectorate for Research, carrying out various administrative and research support activities. Since 2024, he has been a member of the Automation and Control Research Group at the University of Pamplona. Currently, he is a postgraduate student in the Ph.D. program in Automation at the University of Pamplona. His research interests include artificial intelligence, data analysis, and digital image processing, among others.
