Cesar D. Guerrero, General Director of Research at Universidad Autonoma de Bucaramanga (UNAB), is full professor, senior researcher from the Colombian Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation and international facilitator at Inclusive Innovation. He created the first engineering doctoral program that is offered among three universities in Colombia. He also created the Center for Creativity, Innovation and Entrepreneurship and the Center of Excellence on Internet of Things at UNAB. He received two master of science degrees, a doctorate degree from University of South Florida in Tampa (USA), and a graduate certificate on Creativity and Change Leadership from the State University of New York at Buffalo (USA). Dr. Guerrero is Fulbright scholar and Fellow from the American National Academy of Sciences. He has been visiting professor at Stanford University (USA) in 2012 and Carlos III University (Spain) in 2013. He has received training on commercialization of science and technology from Cambridge Enterprise (University of Cambridge, UK), Oxentia (Oxford University, UK) and Tecnnova (Ruta N, Colombia).
