A. Rodríguez-Peña, holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) and a Master of Philosophy from Maastricht University, Netherlands; a PhD in Strategic Business Administration from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru; a Master of Global Management from Tulane University, New Orleans; and master's degrees in Management and Mechanical Engineering, as well as an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad de los Andes, Bogotá. He also holds a specialization in Corporate Entrepreneurship from the University of Maryland. He has over twenty-three years of teaching experience in higher education programs, including undergraduate, specialization, master’s, and doctoral levels, covering subjects such as Epistemology of Research, Strategic Thinking and Global Management, Project Formulation and Evaluation, Sustainable Project Management, and Research Seminar. In the professional field, he has more than twenty-eight years of experience in sectors such as higher education, energy, project management, and consulting, having worked with institutions like Universidad Ean, Universidad de los Andes, Ecopetrol S.A., Isagen S.A., Valrex Ltda., and Ingeniería Argos Ltda. He served as Dean of the Faculty of Engineering at Universidad Ean and was Director of Graduate Programs at the same university for seventeen years. He also taught for three years in the Faculties of Engineering and Management at Universidad de los Andes. Since July 2022, he has been a full-time professor and researcher at Universidad Ean. His achievements include winning first place in the VENTURES business plan competition organized by Revista DINERO and Diario PORTAFOLIO, and being invited twice to join Beta Gamma Sigma, The International Business Honor Society, which recognizes top graduates from AACSB-accredited business schools.ORCID: https://orcid.org/0000-0002-9433-2684
