Experience in the higher education, energy, project management, and consulting sectors in Universidad Ean, Universidad de los Andes, Ecopetrol S.A., Isagen S.A., Valrex Ltda., and Ingeniería Argos Ltda. Served as the Dean of the School of Engineering at Universidad Ean for one year and four months. Held the position of Director of Graduate Programs at Universidad EAN for seventeen years and taught as a professor for three years at the Faculties of Engineering and Administration of Universidad de los Andes. Currently, I am a professor and researcher at Universidad Ean. DBA in Strategic Business Administration and Master's in Philosophy from Maastricht University, The Netherlands; Doctorate in Strategic Management (PhD) from Universidad Católica del Perú; Master of Global Management from Tulane University, New Orleans; Master's in Administration, Master's in Mechanical Engineering, and Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Universidad de los Andes, Bogotá; Specialist in Corporate Entrepreneurship from the University of Maryland. I am a member of the international society of top business school graduates, Beta Gamma Sigma. I won first place in the VENTURES Business Plan contest, organized by DINERO magazine and PORTAFOLIO newspaper, in both the "Best Business Plan" and "Project with the Greatest Export Potential" categories.
